The RS-8223 DuPont Impact Tester is designed for evaluating the impact resistance of plastic, PVC, and coated film specimens by applying falling weights from adjustable heights, enabling accurate assessment of material toughness.
The RS-8223 DuPont Impact Tester is specifically developed for impact resistance testing of materials such as plastics, PVC, and coating film specimens. It uses falling weights dropped from precisely adjustable heights to strike test specimens, assessing their resistance to impact damage.
Two models are available:
RS-8223A, optimized for coating film specimens, with a drop height range of 50–500 mm.
RS-8223B, suitable for plastic and PVC specimens, with an extended drop height range of 50–1000 mm.
Both models support different weight configurations (300 g, 500 g, 1000 g; RS-8223B includes an additional 2000 g option) and interchangeable hammer cone radii and specimen radii to accommodate diverse testing requirements.

Typical applications: Suitable for headphone cables, USB cables, multi-core cables, communication cables, flat cables, and signal cables for bending resistance tests. The test method is: the motor is installed vertically, one end of the cable is clamped on the motor rotating fixture, and the other end is hung with a weight (load) to rotate left and right to evaluate whether the cable is conductive after N tests.

The RS-8225 Tape Holding Force Tester accurately evaluates the adhesive holding strength of tapes by measuring sliding distance or failure time under constant load, compliant with JIS Z0237 and GB/T 4851 standards.
The 5 Stations Tensile Cyclical Tester (UNIVERSAL TESTER) RS-8000-5 is designed for various connectors cable to be as tests between of various keep force tests or destructive tests, which is able to get completely accurate results of insertion forces. The local machine adopts windows procedure setting, which is easy and simple to handle, can store the testing data automatically(loading-routes curve, and the test results), and besides, all the test conditions can be stored.
