The RS-6300F (Pad 360°) is designed for testing the torque attenuation and lifespan of hinges and protective cases used in notebooks, ultrabooks, and portable DVDs. With the ability to measure the torque value of each opening and closing action, the machine ensures precision and reliability without the need to disassemble hinges.

  The RS-6300F sends collected torque signals to a PC via USB2.0 optical isolation communication, enabling automatic recording and plotting of torque attenuation life curves. This simplifies analysis and quality control for hinge and product manufacturers.

  Set various test conditions via Windows® software, including angle range, test speed, number of cycles, pause times, and more. This allows for tailored testing of different hinge designs and product types.

• High-Quality Data Storage and Reporting
  Test reports are generated in Microsoft Access format and can be customized with product specs, operator details, and more. All test data, including torque-angle and torque attenuation curves, is stored and printable, providing comprehensive results for every test cycle.

• Advanced Servo Control and Precision
  Powered by a Panasonic servo motor with a 2500r high pulse encoder, the machine offers accurate positioning, low noise, and long-term durability. The system also features a high-precision ±0.5% FS measurement accuracy for reliable results.

• Synchronous Double-Sided Force Application
