Inclined Impact Tester RS-15-500

The RS-15 series inclined plane impact test bench simulates the impact resistance of product packaging in actual environments, such as handling, stacking of shelves, sliding of motors, loading and unloading of locomotives, transportation of products, etc. The inclined plane impact bench can also be used as a common test equipment for inclined plane impact in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, packaging technology testing centers, packaging material manufacturers, and foreign trade, transportation and other departments.

Technical parameters specifications:

The maximum mass of the specimen that can be carried: 500KG or negotiable
The maximum size of the specimen allowed: Length × width × height: 1500mm*2000mm*2500mm (maximum product size)
The angle between the impact surface and the track plane: 90°±1°
The impact surface of the baffle should be flat and its size should be larger than the size of the impacted part of the test sample.
The impact surface of the baffle has sufficient hardness.
When the surface is subjected to a load of 160kg/cm2, the deformation shall not exceed 0.25mm.
A damper is installed on the baffle structure frame to prevent secondary impact.
