Product Features

  1. Adopts OMRON NB5Q color touch screen + Mitsubishi PLC control, can be set within the touch screen: rise, fall, fall number of times, control of infrared laser alignment of steel ball impact parts. Can display the number of times it has been tested, the current height value mm, etc..

  2. Adopts Japan Panasonic AC servo motor + reducer to do lifting power source, PLC control height, positioning error ± 1mm.

  3. Adopts DC electromagnetic control, the steel ball will be placed under the electromagnetic suction cup steel ball is automatically sucked up, press the drop key, the suction cup instantly release the steel ball, the steel ball will make free fall test, impact test piece surface. If there is a large steel ball or acrylic ball need to use clamping fixture.

  4. Adopts precision linear slide guide, synchronous belt lifting and lowering, lifting and lowering process without the risk of left and right shaking, stable operation.
    Adopts infrared laser to locate the impact point, before the test, only need to irradiate the infrared on the impact point to get accurate impact.

  5. Controlled by PLC to prevent the secondary impact device, when testing the steel ball impact specimen surface after bouncing, the secondary impact device will prevent the steel ball loaded, need to rebound height of 300mm or more.
