Designed for earphone cable, USB cable, data cable, charging cable, signal cable for bending test. The test method is as follows: one end of the wire is clamped and fixed on the rotating fixture, and rotated left and right under a certain lifting weight (load) to evaluate whether the wire conducts well after N times of testing. A total of 6 stations, each station is independently driven by Japan Panasonic AC servo motor, high-precision positioning accuracy, low noise, can be used for a long time, the test angle ± 0.1 °: each station is used in Japan Shimpo “planetary reducer deceleration, positioning accuracy. Adopt Japan OMRON* color touch screen controller for program input, Japan Panasonic* PLC control, Chinese and English interface, easy to control. Test conditions are set by the touch screen (angle setting, test speed, number of tests, number of times tested, rotary dwell time, N minutes after N sub-tests, impedance value setting, impedance change upper limit setting, impedance change lower limit setting, etc.) Equipped with impedance test module to do on-line monitoring of on-state impedance, impedance can be set in the touch screen of the impedance of each channel of the standard, resistance, resistance upper limit, lower limit value, once the on-state impedance test exceeds the set value, the touch screen can be set to the impedance of each channel. Once the on-state impedance exceeds the set value, the touch screen will give a red alarm and the current test station will stop the test.
