This machine can be used to test the impact resistance of glass cover plate or plastic case of mobile phone, tablet computer, notebook computer, computer keyboard, e-book, electronic dictionary, charger, earphone and touch screen TP module to evaluate the impact strength of products. This machine adopts sucker to absorb steel ball or 155gf acrylic ball, z-axis adopts Panasonic servo motor to lift, XY platrorm adopts Panasonic and THK electric cylinder, which can automatically complete the automatic impact test of multiple points and times on the product surface.

Control software description
1.The Chinese and English interface of the control software can be switched, which is suitable for different customers.
2.The sofware has three levels of authority classification function, the default, engineer authority and debugging authority need to log in.
3.The test interface includes functions: alarm prompt, fault alarm and motor fault alarm: XYZ axis curent value display, Test coordinate preview, with the funciton of displaying cross mark of current test coordinate points, and the tested points or the points being tested are red, The test results are displayed by times. The XY coordinate value, height value and impact energy of each impact can be saved and called out. The default name of the report is test method name + test time, The function keys include test, stop, reset, stop position, laser switch, door lock safety function switch and alarm release seitch.
4.Test method includes functions: test method path assignment, save, call out; Name of test method. Steel ball diameter, quality, product thickness setting. Coordinate editing function of test method, including coordinate matrix function, manual imput function and external handle point taking function. The impact height and impact energy can be set independently in each row of coordinates, and the impact energy can be calculated automatically according to the input height, or the impact height can be calculated automatically according to the input energy. Each row can set the number of shocks independently. When the input data is out of range, there if a red prompt. XYZ stop position setting.

Machine features
●This machine is controlled by computer software, which can be set/ controlled in the program: rise, fall, drop times, drop height, control the infrared laser aiming at the impact part of the steel ball, save / call according to the user-defined file name, edit the test method (formula). The test method includers: impact height mm, steel ball weight g,impact times per point, impact time per point X-Y mobile platform first impact point coordinate value, X-direction array spacing(mm), X-direction points, Y-direction array spacing(mm), Y-direction points.
●The control software can display the number of times tested, the current height value, the impact energy value of the steel ball, etc, after the test, the XY platform automatically retums to be origin, and the sound and light alarm. The system automatically calculates and displays the impact energy MJ(1J=1nm=1000mj) according to the set height mm and the input ball weight G. The XY coordinate point, Z-axis height and impact times of each test point can be defined. After the test, the test report will be automatically generated. If the glass is waiting for the test product to break, the steel ball will not bounce hight enough and the test will be stopped automatically.
●The Z-axis of this machine is used as lifting power source by using Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor + reducer. The program controls the height, and the positioning error of Z-axis is ≤1mm.
●The machine adopts SMC vacuum sucker from Japan to absorb steel ball. The steel ball is placed under the sucker. The steel ball is automatically sucked up. When it falls, the sucker releases the steel ball instantly. The steel ball will do free fall test and impact the surface the surface of the specimen.
●This machine uses infrared laser to locate the impact point. Before the test, the precise impact can be obtained by only irradiating the infrared on the impact point.
●The machine is controlled by program to prevent secondary impact device. During the test, the steel ball impacts the surface of the sample and bounces up. The Japan SUNS laser sensor senses the steel ball falling. Once it senses the steel ball falling, the SMC lead cylinder extends forward and backward synchronously to load the steel ball.
●The X-Y mobile platform is driven by Panasonic servo motor, driven by THK ball screw and guided by THK guide rail. The positioning accuracy in X-Y direction is ≤±0.02mm, repeatability≤±0.01mm, stable and low jitter during operation, and the operation smoothness≤±0.01mm.
●The diameter and weight of the steel ball can be input into the program. During the test, the system will automatically compensate the impact height according to the diameter of the steel ball. The system will automatically calculate the impact energy according to the weight of the steel ball. After the test, the impact strength will be displayed.
●The impact strength value (J joule) is calculated according to be following formula:
