High rigid body design

The diplacement resolution is 0.001mm and the accuracy is within ± 0.02+0.0011mm（L= any length mm）. The accuracy of force value is better than ±0.25%.

Optimize key parts

The machine adopts Japan Panasonic servo motor + SHIMPO planetary reducer + THK precision linear guide + THK ball screw are used to optimize key parts to ensure repeated positioning accuracy, high speed, low noise and durable use.

A variety of test modes

such as tensile, compression, bending, stripping and other test software packages, or connector insertion and pull-out force test software package, or key load test software package, specific consulting relevant business personnel.

With multi force channel function

the system adopts Japan NTS precision load cell, and can calibrate 5 sensors of different specifications, which is suitable for more test items.
