High rigid body design
The diplacement resolution is 0.001mm and the accuracy is within ± 0.02+0.0011mm（L= any length mm）. The accuracy of force value is better than ±0.25%.

The machine adopts Japan Panasonic servo motor + SHIMPO planetary reducer + THK precision linear guide + THK ball screw are used to optimize key parts to ensure repeated positioning accuracy, high speed, low noise and durable use.
