The RS-8100 Plug Lead Bending Tester is a specialized device for testing the flexing durability of plug leads and cables. During testing, the specimen is clamped and subjected to a specified load. The fixture swings left and right at a set angle and speed to simulate repeated bending that cables undergo during actual use.
This machine features 6 groups of independent counters, each tracking the flex cycles of individual samples. Once a specimen bends to the point of breaking or losing electrical continuity, the tester automatically stops operation, allowing accurate recording of total flex cycles.
Fixture angles are adjustable to 45°, 60°, 90°, or 180° to meet diverse standards and product requirements. The swinging speed can be set from 10 to 60 cycles per minute, offering flexible test conditions. Each group of fixtures comes with weights of 100g, 200g, 300g, and 500g to adapt to different cable specifications. The robust machine structure ensures stable operation, powered by AC 220V, making it ideal for long-term quality inspections of cables and plugs.
