Battery Impact Chamber RS-6010C
The testing battery sample is placed on a flat surface with a 15.8 earth 0.2mm (5/8 inch) diameter bar placed crosswise over the center of the specimen. A 9.1kg or 10kg weight is dropped onto the sample from a certain height (610mm or 1000mm or 1500mm). Cylindrical or square cells are subjected to the impact test with their longitudinal axis parallel to the plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the steel column. The longest axis of the square cell is perpendicular to the sub-steel column, and the most heavenly surface is perpendicular to the direction of impact, and each cell is subjected to only one impact test.
